1. Sponsor

The Pick Your Ride Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Throttle Ranch LLC ("Sponsor"), [Street Address], Hickman, CA 95323. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Printful, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or Electro & Company or any other manufacturer of a prize vehicle, unless separately stated. Each entrant releases those companies from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Hawaii Alaska, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in Hawaii Alaska, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Officers, directors, members, managers, and employees of Sponsor, Throttle Ranch, Electro & Company, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising, promotion, and production agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether or not related) of each of those persons, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent on meeting all requirements in these Official Rules.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Month Day, Year] at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on [Month Day, Year] at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). All times are Pacific Time. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Purchases completed and online entries received outside the Promotion Period will not receive entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received by [Month Day, Year — about 7 days after end date].

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally, and entries received through either method have the same chance of winning.

Method A — Entry with a purchase

During the Promotion Period, purchase merchandise from Sponsor's online store at https://throttleranchclothing.com (the "Store"). For each whole one U.S. dollar ($1.00) of merchandise subtotal on a completed order, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Merchandise subtotal means the amount you pay for merchandise after any discounts, and excludes sales tax, shipping and handling charges, tips, and gift card purchases. Partial dollars are rounded down. Entries are credited automatically to the email address used at checkout, typically within 24 hours of a completed order. Each order counts once.

If an order is canceled, refunded (in whole or in part), or reversed through a chargeback, the entries for the canceled, refunded, or reversed amount will be removed. Exchanges for a different size or color do not affect entries.

Method B — Free entry, no purchase necessary

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper: (1) your first and last name; (2) complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes); (3) email address; (4) daytime phone number; (5) date of birth; and (6) the words "Pick Your Ride Giveaway — Free Entry." Place the card in a stamped #10 envelope and mail it with adequate first-class postage to:

Each complete, eligible mail-in entry will receive 50 entries into the Sweepstakes — the same number of entries awarded for a $50 purchase under Method A. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope; envelopes containing more than one entry card will be accepted as a single entry. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries an entrant may submit, provided each is mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received by [Month Day, Year — about 7 days after end date]. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or third-party entries are void. You may also use the free entry instructions on the Free Entry page of the Store (/pages/free-entry).

Free entries may also be submitted through the online free entry form on the Free Entry page. Each valid online free entry receives the same number of entries as a mail-in entry, subject to the same limits.

Method C — Desert Dash monthly high score bonus (free)

Each month, the player with the highest verified score in the free Desert Dash game on the Store home page receives 50 bonus entries into the Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to play, and a purchase does not help your score. See Section 5A.

5. Entry Conditions

• Entries will be combined under a single entrant by email address, name, and mailing address. Use the same email address for all entries.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated or fraudulent means, and entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant, are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who uses multiple identities or email addresses to obtain additional entries.
• If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used. Proof of sending or mailing is not proof of receipt.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries, or for technical, network, payment-processing, or computer failures of any kind.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5A. Desert Dash Monthly High Score Bonus

Desert Dash is a free online game of skill on the Store (the "Game"). The Game is part of this Sweepstakes as a bonus entry opportunity and is subject to these terms and the rest of these Official Rules.

1. Free to play. No purchase, payment, or account is required to play or submit a score. Purchasing merchandise does not give any advantage in the Game. Eligibility is the same as in Section 2.
2. Game Periods. Each calendar month (Pacific Time) that falls within the Promotion Period is a separate "Game Period." The first Game Period begins when the Promotion Period begins, and the last Game Period ends when the Promotion Period ends.
3. How to submit. Play the Game, then submit your best run using the score form below the Game. You must give your name and a valid email address and confirm your eligibility. Use the same email address as your other Sweepstakes entries so your bonus entries can be combined with them. You may submit more than once; only your single highest verified score in each Game Period counts. Scores are counted only for the Game Period in which they are received.
4. Award. At the end of each Game Period, Sponsor will review submitted scores. The eligible player with the highest verified score in that Game Period will receive 50 bonus entries into the Sweepstakes, credited to the submitted email address within 7 days after the Game Period ends and before the Sweepstakes drawing. Ties are broken in favor of the score received first. A person may receive the bonus no more than once per Game Period. Bonus entries have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and count only toward this Sweepstakes. If no eligible, verified score is received for a Game Period, no bonus is awarded for it.
5. Verification. Scores are recorded by the player's own web browser. Sponsor may ask the top-scoring player to confirm their identity and eligibility, and to show their skill by playing the Game in a session Sponsor watches or records, such as a live video call. Sponsor may void any score it reasonably believes was obtained by modifying the Game or its code, tampering with submitted data, using bots, scripts, or automation, exploiting bugs, or using multiple identities or email addresses. If a top score is voided or the player does not respond to verification within 5 days, Sponsor may move to the next-highest verified score. Sponsor's decisions are final.
6. Announcement. Sponsor may display the current leader and past monthly winners on the Store and on social media by first name, last initial, and score.
7. Game availability. Sponsor is not responsible for Game outages, device or browser problems, lost submissions, or scores that are lost when a page is closed. Sponsor may change, suspend, or end the Game bonus at any time by posting notice on the Store. Bonus entries already credited will remain valid.
8. Email. Your email address is used to administer the Game and the Sweepstakes. You will receive marketing emails only if you check the optional marketing box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Opting in has no effect on your chances of winning.

6. Prize — Winner's Choice

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner may choose one (1) of the following vehicles manufactured by Electro & Company (each, a "Prize Vehicle"):

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize ranges from $2,199 to $4,899, depending on the Prize Vehicle selected. Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes: up to $4,899. ARVs are based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price as of [Month Day, Year] and may vary with market conditions; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

No cash or other compensation will be awarded for the difference between the ARV of the Prize Vehicle selected and the ARV of any more expensive option. The winner must make a selection in writing within 14 days after being verified as the winner; if the winner does not choose in time, Sponsor will select the Prize Vehicle. Model, configuration, color, and options are subject to availability from the manufacturer at the time of selection. If a selected model is discontinued, sold out, or unavailable, the winner may choose another available Prize Vehicle, or Sponsor may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value. Some models may be sold on a pre-order basis; Sponsor is not responsible for manufacturer production or shipping delays.

Each Prize Vehicle is an off-highway electric vehicle intended for closed-course and off-road use only and is not street legal. The prize is awarded "as is," with only the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any. Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, about the prize. The winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly listed as part of the prize, including but not limited to: title, registration, California OHV identification ("green sticker") or other state off-highway registration where required, licensing, documentation and dealer fees, insurance, delivery or transportation beyond what is described here, charging equipment not included by the manufacturer, safety gear, maintenance, and all federal, state, and local taxes.

The prize will be made available for pickup at Throttle Ranch in Hickman, California, at a date and time arranged with Sponsor within sixty (60) days after the winner is verified. At Sponsor's sole option, Sponsor may instead arrange delivery to the winner's address within the contiguous United States. If the winner does not take possession of the prize within ninety (90) days after verification, the prize may be forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Nothing in these Official Rules means that Electro & Company sponsors, endorses, or administers this Sweepstakes unless separately stated.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entrants during the Promotion Period through both methods of entry.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about December 24, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing may be recorded or broadcast live. Sponsor's decisions are final.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided with the entry, within approximately 7 days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt. The potential winner will be required to sign and return, within 14 days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Assumption of Risk Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age and residency, and provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

If the potential winner (a) cannot be reached, (b) does not respond or return the required documents on time, (c) is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, (d) declines the prize, or (e) has a prize notification returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may select up to 3 alternates, after which the prize may go unawarded. A person is not a winner until all verification is complete.

9. Rider Safety & Assumption of Risk

Riding off-road motorcycles, pit bikes, and go-karts is a dangerous activity that can result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, and property damage. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that he or she understands these risks, voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the possession, transport, maintenance, and operation of the prize, and agrees that Sponsor and the Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from any use of the prize by the winner or anyone else.

• Always wear a DOT- or ECE-approved helmet, eye protection, boots, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Ride only where permitted, within your ability, and never under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Read the owner's manual and follow all manufacturer warnings and recommendations, including age, size, and skill recommendations. Sponsor strongly recommends formal rider training before operating the prize.
• If the winner allows any other person, including a minor, to ride the prize, the winner is solely responsible for that decision and for ensuring that the rider is properly sized, trained, equipped, and supervised in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules entitles the winner to free or discounted access to the Throttle Ranch track or any other riding facility, unless separately stated in writing by Sponsor. Any use of a riding facility is subject to that facility's own rules and waivers.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize, as required by law. Sponsor may require that the winner pay applicable sales tax, registration fees, or other required charges before the prize is released. Failure to provide a completed Form W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise is sold at its regular retail price. The price of merchandise has not been increased because of this Sweepstakes, and no portion of any purchase price is a fee for entry. Purchases are subject to the Store's posted shipping, return, and refund policies. Most merchandise is printed on demand by a third-party fulfillment provider; production or shipping delays do not affect entries credited for completed orders. Entries have no cash value, cannot be purchased separately, and are not transferable.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Throttle Ranch, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Sweepstakes, (b) acceptance, possession, transport, use, or misuse of the prize, or (c) any prize-related activity, including claims for personal injury, death, or property damage.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human, technical, or printing errors; failures or malfunctions of any phone, network, computer system, server, provider, software, or payment processor; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; or any injury or damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, video likeness, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotion, and social media purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy (Privacy policy). Information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, award the prize, and comply with law. Entrants will receive marketing emails from Sponsor only if they opt in, and may unsubscribe at any time. Entrants' information may be shared with Administrator and service providers solely to administer the Sweepstakes.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, a virus, a bug, unauthorized human intervention, a natural disaster, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the action was taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor, and will post notice on the Store.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that term. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any advertising or promotional material, these Official Rules control.

16. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its choice-of-law rules.

17. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period, to: Throttle Ranch LLC, Attn: Pick Your Ride Giveaway Winner's List, [Street Address], Hickman, CA 95323. The winner's first name, last initial, and city and state may also be posted on the Store and Sponsor's social media.
